In the 2009 election, the Southern Michigan Railroad Society ballots
came in a very large packet.

Southern MIchigan Railroad Society 1988
SMRS election instructions from 21 years ago. I don't have the ballot materials because I voted.
NARCOA 2006 election
Note the double envelope. The outer envelope is opened when the voter is authenticated (certified).
The inner envelope is opened at vote counting time.
This means the person opening the inner envelope cannot know whose ballot this is.

Here again you see use of an outer envelope (not shown) and inner.
